The connectors utilize recessed center contacts to prevent shock hazards while unmated, and an outer contact ground connection is maintained through the center contact mating cycle. The SHV series offers non-constant impedance, 5KV voltage rating, and 10 6 MΩ insulation resistance. The operating temperature range -65°C to +165°C for PTFE variants and -55°C to +85°C for Rexolite.
