Power Integrations SCALE-2 Plug-and-Play Drivers are complete, ready to use, and tightly matched to a specific device. The drivers cover a large selection of high-power and high-voltage IGBT modules. This includes reverse voltages from 1200V to 6500V. The drivers are equipped with DC/DC converters, short-circuit protection, active clamping, supply monitoring and more. The Scale-2 Plug-and-Play drivers are stand-alone products. They are not related to the Scale-2+ or Scale-2 driver ICs.
