AD4003/AD4007/AD4011 18-Bit Differential Successive Approximation Register (SAR) ADCs feature high accuracy, high speed, and are low power ADCs. The 18-bit SAR ADCs operate at 1.8V single supply operation with 1.71V to 5.5V logic interface. These SAR ADCs with high throughput allows accurate capture of high frequency signals and decimation to achieve high Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR). The AD4003/AD4007/AD4011 18-bit ADCs undergo an ability to daisy-chain ADCs and operate at -40°C to 125°C temperature range. These SAR ADCs include SPI compatible versatile serial interface that features seven different programmable modes with an optional busy indicator.
