It operates from a 2.5V to 5.5V power supply, making it suitable for battery-powered and other applications. As a result of being manufactured on a CMOS submicron process, it offer excellent 4-quadrant multiplication characteristics, with large signal multiplying bandwidths of upto 10MHz. The applied external reference input voltage (VREF) determines the full-scale output current. An integrated feedback resistor (RFB) provides temperature tracking and full-scale voltage output when combined with an external I-to-V precision amplifier. It is widely used in application such as portable battery-powered applications, waveform generators, analogue processing, instrumentation applications, programmable amplifiers and attenuators, digitally controlled calibration, programmable filters and oscillators, composite video, ultrasound, gain, offset, and voltage trimming etc. • Relative accuracy is ±1LSB • Differential nonlinearity is -1/+2LSB • Reference input range is ±10V • 21.3MSPS update rate • Power-on reset, current consumption is 0.5µA typical • Guaranteed monotonic, readback function • Power supply sensitivity is 0.001% at (∆VDD = ±5%) • Output noise spectral density is 25nV/√Hz at 1kHz • Operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C • Packaging style is 20-lead TSSOP
