Semiconductors\Data Converter ICs\Digital to Analog Converters - DAC AD5669R is a 16-bit, low power, buffered voltage-output DAC. The on-chip reference is off at power-up, allowing the use of an external reference. The internal reference is enabled via a software write. The part contains a power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the device to 400nA at 5V and provides software selectable output loads while in power-down mode for any or all DAC channels. It is widely used in application such as process control, data acquisition systems, portable battery-powered instruments, digital gain and offset adjustment, programmable voltage and current sources etc. • Power-on reset to code is zero • Accuracy is ±32LSB INL • Internal reference is 1.25V • Operating power supply range is 2.7V to 5.5V • Guaranteed monotonic by design, power-on reset to zero scale or midscale • 3 power-down functions, hardware LDAC and CLR functions • I²C-compatible serial interface supports standard (100kHz) and fast (400kHz) modes • Operating temperature range is −40°C to +105°C • Packaging style is 16-lead thin shrink small outline package [TSSOP]
