Analog Devices Inc. AD761x family consists of 16-bit simultaneous sampling ADCs and a Data Acquisition Solution (DAS). The Analog Devices AD761x family provides high performance with throughput rates from 250kSPS to 1MSPS and a flexible parallel or serial interface. AD7616 is designed as a fully integrated DAS with a 16-bit, bipolar input ADC that supports dual simultaneous sampling of 16 channels. The AD7610 and AD7612 series feature unipolar/bipolar programmable input PulSAR ® ADCs with a 16-bit charge redistribution successive approximation register (SAR) architecture.
