Полупроводники - Микросхемы\Драйверы и Интерфейсы\Изоляторы ADuM1301 is triple-channel digital isolator based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technology, this isolation component provides outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives, such as optocouplers. By avoiding the use of LEDs and photodiodes, iCoupler devices remove the design difficulties commonly associated with optocouplers. The typical optocoupler concerns regarding uncertain current transfer ratios, nonlinear transfer functions, and temperature and lifetime effects are eliminated with the simple iCoupler digital interfaces and stable performance characteristics. Furthermore, iCoupler devices consume one-tenth to one-sixth of the power of optocouplers at comparable signal data rates. Application includes general-purpose multichannel isolation, SPI interface/data converter isolation, RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 transceivers, industrial field bus isolation, automotive systems. • Low power operation, bidirectional communication • 3V/5V level translation, high temperature operation of 125°C • High common-mode transient immunity of >25KV/µs • Output enable function • UL (2500Vrms for 1 minute per UL 1577), CSA, VDE, TUV IEC/EN/UL/CSA 61010-1 approved • 2 inputs VDD1 side, 1 inputs VDD2 side, 10Mbps maximum data rate • 50ns maximum propagation delay (5V), 3ns maximum pulse width distortion • 16-lead wide body SOIC package, -40°C to +105°C temperature range
