AH850x Hall Effect Sensors Diodes Inc. AH850x Hall Effect Sensors are 8-bit, high accuracy, low power linear hall effect sensors. The AH850x is designed for battery powered consumer equipment, office equipment, home appliances and industrial applications. The output voltage is radiometric to the supply voltage and proportional to the magnetic flux density, perpendicular to the part marking surface. The output null voltage is at half the supply voltage.
