Power Management (PMIC)\Supervisor and Reset ICsAPX803L Micro Power Voltage Detectors Diodes Incorporated APX803L Micro Power Voltage Detectors are designed for monitoring the power supplies in microprocessors (µP), µC, and digital systems. The APX803L requires a low supply current of only 1.0µA which minimizes the operating current, improving system efficiency on portable, battery-powered devices. High threshold voltage accuracy of +1.5% on the device allows precise V CC reset thresholds. The device circuits perform supervisory functions by sending out a reset signal when the monitored V CC level falls below the chosen threshold voltage level. The reset signal will remain until V CC recovers to a level higher than threshold voltage, completing the cycle. Another benefit provided is an open-drain output with an active-low output pin that features several delay time options (0ms, 55ms, 220ms, and 450ms) as needed by the system. The packages of 3-pin SOT23, SOT323, SC59, SOT25, and two-pin variants are available on the APX803L Voltage Detectors.
