A fully potted, metal-cased construction makes the Artesyn AXA series an ideal choice for harsh environments and enables the modules to operate between a -40°C to +85°C temperature range. An optional clip-on heat sink is available to extend the thermal performance of the unit in convection or forced-air environments. The modules cover an ultra-wide 4: 1 input voltage range of 9V DC to 36V DC and 18V DC to 75V DC. Enclosed in a 1.0" x 1.0" x 0.4" package, the AXA series offers up to 89% efficiency. Additional features include overload protection, remote on/off control, and an input-to-output isolation voltage of 1500V DC. The output voltage can be trimmed by ±10% of the nominal output.
