The BD48xxx voltage detector ICs provide N-channel open drain output while the BD49xxx series provides CMOS output. The BD48xxx and BD49xxx series offer detection voltages ranging from 2.3V to 6.0V in increments of 0.1V. Operating from a temperature range -40°C to +105°C, BD48xxx and BD49xxx voltage detector ICs provide a highly accurate voltage detection to ±1.0% and ultra-low current consumption of 0.9µA (typical). Available in small, low-height packages, the BD48xxx and BD49xxx series from ROHM are ideal for circuits using microcontrollers or logic circuits that require a reset.
