Operating from a temperature range -40°C to +105°C, BD48xxx and BD49xxx voltage detector ICs provide a highly accurate voltage detection to ±1.0% and ultra-low current consumption of 0.9µA (typical). Available in small, low-height packages, the BD48xxx and BD49xxx series from ROHM are ideal for circuits using microcontrollers or logic circuits that require a reset.
