Power\Power Management ICs\Supervisory CircuitsBU52xx & BU53xx Voltage Detector ICs ROHM BU52xx and BU53xx series voltage detectors are integrated circuits with high accuracy and low current consumption. The devices are complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) Voltage Detector ICs with adjustable output delay. The devices have two output types (N channel open drain and CMOS output) and detection voltages that range from 0.9V to 4.8V in increments of 0.1V. high accuracy detection voltage is ±1.0%. Ultra-low current consumption is 0.95µA (typ.). The detectors are ideal for microcontrollers or logic circuits requiring a reset.
