Semiconductors\Integrated Circuits - ICs\Amplifier ICs\High Speed Operational AmplifiersBUF634A 36V High-Speed Buffers
Texas Instruments BUF634A 36V High-Speed Buffers offer high-performance, high fidelity, and an open-loop, capable of driving 250mA of output current. The 36V BUF634A features an adjustable bandwidth of 35MHz to 210MHz, which is achieved by varying the value of an external resistor between the V- and BW pins. The TI BUF634A Buffer can be used as a standalone open-loop driver or inside the feedback loop of a precision op-amp, providing both high-precision and large output current drive with improved capacitive load drive.
