CSD95480RWJ Buck NexFET™ Smart Power Stages
Texas Instruments CSD95480RWJ 70A Synchronous Buck NexFET™ Smart Power Stages implement a highly optimized design into a high-power, high-density synchronous buck converter. Integrating the driver IC and power MOSFETs completes the power stage switching function producing a high-current, high-efficiency, and high-speed switching capability in a small 5mm x 6mm outline package. An enhanced accuracy and simplified system design are viable by integrating the accurate current sensing and temperature sensing functionalities of the Texas Instruments CSD95480RWJ. Additional features offer a high-frequency operation of up to 1.25MHz and a 70A continuous operating current capability. An ultra-low-inductance package provides a system-optimized PCB footprint, reducing design time and overall system design completion.
