The charge pump can regulate two current levels for FLASH and TORCH modes. The DIOO Microcircuits DIO5151 automatically switches between step-up and step-down modes, so the LED current doesn't depend on the forward voltage. The driver also switches at 2MHz for the use of tiny components. The supply voltage ranges from 3V to 5.5V.
