The device offers a complete system solution enabling a small form factor, low-power, and high-resolution HD display. This complete system solution is achieved due to the compact physical size of the DLP3010 coupled with the controller and the PMIC/LED driver. Side illumination and a 0.3in (7.93mm) diagonal micromirror array provide optimal efficiency on the device. The Texas Instruments DLP3010 DMD is part of the dedicated chipset comprising the DLP3010 DMD, DLPC3433 or DLPC3438 display controller, and DLPA200x/DLPA3000 PMIC/LED driver.
