These power supplies specify less than 90ms of voltage settling time at any output load condition with 0.01% load line regulation. The units offer save and recall functions and ensure devices under test (DUT) safety with overvoltage protection (OVP). These power supplies allow remote programming using general-purpose interface bus (GPIB: IEEE-488) or RS-232 interface with an easy-to-use SCPI command set. The E3640A-45A models are single output, while the E3646A-49A units are dual output. Keysight Technologies E364xA Programmable DC Power Supplies are designed to meet the needs of research and development (R&D) design verification, production testing, and QA verifications.
