Developed using Renesas Electronics technology, the F0480 RF DVGA provides excellent linearity with +41dBm OIP3 performance across a very wide bandwidth of 400MHz to 2700MHz at approximately 100mA of current. In addition, the device offers a typical 13dB typical maximum gain (no attenuation) with a 4dB noise figure and 23dB gain adjustment in 1dB steps designed to operate with a single 5V supply. Available in a 5x5 32-pin thin QFN package with 50Ω single-ended RF input and RF output impedances, the Renesas Electronics F0480 provides easy integration into the signal-path lineup.
