It is in a highly space-efficient SC-70 package with a PCB footprint of only 2.0mm × 2.1mm. The current measurement accuracy is achieved thanks to the combination of an ultra-low offset voltage of ±150µV (maximum), a small gain error of ±0.5% (maximum), and a high DC CMRR of140 dB (typical). The INA280/INA280-Q1 is not only designed for DC current measurement but also high-speed applications (like fast overcurrent protection, for example) with high bandwidth of 1.1MHz (at a gain of 20V/V) and an 85dB AC CMRR (at 50kHz).
