These kind of terminals are often used when installing electrical panels and wiring harnesses or making repairs to cable assemblies.
To link your signal, insert the stranded wire into the tube and then use the screws to connect the fork. The connector is insulated in a casing of yellow vinyl that's flared to make inserting the wires easier. The colour indicates the correct wire size, which in this case goes from 4 mm² up to 6 mm². The connector has an overall length of 24.4 mm and is 7.2 mm wide, with a spade thickness of 1 mm.
This crimp spade terminal has an M4 stud size, corresponding to a diameter of 0.4 mm.
