The series provides regulated outputs in an industry-standard sixteenth-brick (26.31mm width) fully encased package. The outputs may be trimmed while delivering fast settling to current step loads without adverse effects from higher capacitive loads. The ripple and noise specifications assure compatibility to circuits using CPUs, ASICs, programmable logic, and FPGAs. The self-protection features on the IRS series avoid converter and external circuit hazards. Murata Power Solutions IRS DC-DC converters are optimized for harsh environments in industrial and railway applications.
