The CIPOS™ Nano family delivers a new benchmark in device size, offering up to a 60 percent smaller footprint than existing three-phase motor control power IPMs. CIPOS™ Nano family also offers the fully integrated Smart IPMs which combine the industry-leading iMOTION™ MCE 2.0 (Motor Control Engine) and the 3-phase inverter in a highly compact 12x12mm 2 package.
