It operates from a single +3V to +15V supply or from dual ±3.0V to ±8V supplies and has power consumption of 1μW makes it ideal for battery-operated equipment. With ±5V supplies, the device offers 2ohm max channel to channel matching, 35ohm max on-resistance (RON) and 4ohm max RON flatness. This switch is also fully specified for single +5V operation with 2ohm max RON match, 60 ohm max RON and 6ohm max flatness. The low voltage switch also offers 5pC max charge injection and ESD protection is greater than 2000V per method 3515.7. Typical applications include sample and hold circuits, guidance and control systems, audio and video switching, ±5V DACs and ADCs, military radios, heads-up displays, PBX, PABX and battery powered applications. • Low leakage current of 100pA max • Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C • Four normally closed (NC) switches • TTL/CMOS logic compatible • Fast switching speeds of tON ≤ 130ns, tOFF ≤ 75ns at ±5V supply
