Semiconductors\Switch ICs\Analog Switch ICs The MAX4515CUK+T is a low voltage, low on-resistance, SPST CMOS analogue switch in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This single supply analogue switch can operate continuously with single supply between +2V and +12V. It can handle rail to rail analogue signals. The off leakage current is only 1nA at +25°C or 20nA at +85°C maximum. All digital inputs have 0.8V to 2.4V logic thresholds ensuring TTL/CMOS logic compatibility when using +5V supply. The MAX4515 is used in battery operated equipment, audio and video signal routing, low voltage data acquisition systems and PCMCIA cards modems. • Supply current of 1μA at TA = +25°C • Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C • Normally closed (NC) switch configuration • Low on-leakage current of 2nA at +25°C and 40nA at +85°C with single 5V supply • Low charge injection of 4pC at TA = +25°C with single 3V supply • Fast switching speed with tON = 150ns and tOFF = 100ns (single 3V supply) • Break before make operation (tON tOFF at +5V) • Maximum on-resistance of 50 ohm at TA = +25°C with single 3V supply • Maximum on-resistance flatness of 3ohm at TA = +25°C with single 5V supply • Off isolation of ≤-90dB at f = 100KHz with single 5V supply
