This device can handle rail to rail analogue signals. All digital inputs have 0.8V to 2.4V logic thresholds, ensuring TTL/CMOS logic compatibility when using single +5V or dual ±5V supplies. It is used in battery operated equipment, low voltage and data acquisition systems. • Supply voltage range from 2V to 12V and ±2V to ±6V • Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C • Low distortion of less than 0.02% (600 ohm) • High off isolation of less than -74dB (50 ohm) • Maximum switch on-resistance of 450 ohm at TA = 25°C (single +3V supply) • Maximum switch on-resistance match between channels is 4ohm at TA = +25°C (dual supply) • Low off leakage current of 1nA at TA = 25°C (single +3V supply) • Maximum switch on-resistance flatness is 10 ohm at TA = 25°C (dual supply) • Low on-leakage current of 1nA at TA= 25°C (single +3V supply) • Low crosstalk of less than -96dB
