These Microchip Technology Charge Management Controllers have a maximum input voltage of 18V and come with an OVP set point of 5.8V and 6.5V for the single-cell MCP73113 and MCP7314 and an OVP set point of 13V for the dual-cell MCP73213 and MCP73123. These devices also offer a variety of charging-voltage options for both Li-Ion and LiFePO4 batteries.
