NXP Semiconductors NTS transceivers have a 2-bit, dual supply design. The devices feature two input-output ports, an output enable input and two supply pins that allow for a wide range of voltage options. The transceivers have V CC(A) and V CC(B ) supply pins supplied at any voltage between 1.65V to 3.6V and 2.3V to 5.5V. The device's I OFF circuitry ensures safe and effective partial-power-down operations, protecting equipment from damaging backflow currents.
