Circuit Protection\Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS)P-3A-L Voice-DS1 SIDACtor Protection Thyristors Littelfuse P-3A-L Voice-DS1 SIDACtor® Balanced Protection Thyristors are designed to protect baseband equipment from damaging overvoltage transients. The patented “Y” configuration ensures balanced overvoltage protection that prevents a longitudinal to differential conversion. The modified TO-220 components provide a single port through-hole solution that enables voice-through DS-1 equipment to comply with various global regulatory standards. Surge capability does not degrade after multiple surge events within limit. The P-3A-L thyristors Littelfuse feature low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, low capacitance, and fails short circuit when surged in excess of ratings. The components are RoHS-compliant and lead-free.
