This enables a reduction in the size of IoT devices and reduces the supply current required. With a typical quiescent current of 0.4µA (DC-DC: 0.3µA, Battery monitor: 0.1µA), the RP605 can prolong battery life, contributing to the long operation of battery-powered IoT devices.
