At full load conditions, Semtech SC21152 and SC1154 are adaptive on-time 4MHz switching regulators. SC21152 and SC21154 Regulators transition under light load conditions into PFM Power Save Mode, thus reducing switching frequency and saving energy. Minimizing overall circuit size, the high switching frequency operation allows the use of a very small 0.47μH inductor along with small input and output capacitors. Features include a wide range of options made up of internal soft-start time, fixed or adjustable output voltage, automatic output discharge, and switching frequency.
