Sensirion SFM3003 Digital Mass Flow Meters are versatile, bidirectional flow meters with low pressure drop, ultra-fast response time, and optimal signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). These next-generation flow meters feature Sensirion's patented CMOSens® technology and an easily integrable digital I 2 C interface. The signal is internally linearized and temperature compensated. Sensirion SFM3003 Digital Mass Flow Meters are based on the same form factor as the SFM3000 series and offer a larger flow range of up to 300 standard liters per minute (SLM). The SFM3003 series provides additional features for measuring flows of air, oxygen, and air/oxygen mixtures. Sensirion SFM3003 Digital Mass Flow Meters are ideal for a variety of medical and industrial applications.
