Circuit Protection\Thyristors\SCRsSJxA 32A/40A Automotive-Grade SCR Thyristors Littelfuse SJxA 32A/40A Automotive-Grade SCR Thyristors are high-temperature devices ideal for uni-directional switch applications such as phase control in heating, motor speed controls, and AC rectifier/voltage regulators. The SJxA SCRs offer low gate current trigger levels of 15mA or 40mA at approximately 1.5V, voltage capability up to 600V, and surge capability up to 380A (32A devices) or 520A (40A components) at 60Hz half-cycle. Typical applications are AC rectifier, voltage regulator, AC solid-state switches, industrial power tools, exercise equipment, white goods, and commercial appliances.
