The SJxA SCRs offer low gate current trigger levels of 15mA or 40mA at approximately 1.5V, voltage capability up to 600V, and surge capability up to 380A (32A devices) or 520A (40A components) at 60Hz half-cycle. Typical applications are AC rectifier, voltage regulator, AC solid-state switches, industrial power tools, exercise equipment, white goods, and commercial appliances.
