The compact 5mm x 6mm x 1mm dimensions of these STMicroelectronics Power Schottky Rectifiers make them ideal for secondary rectification in adapters or other equipment requiring small footprint and low thermal resistance. The range of STMicroelectronics Power Schottky Rectifiers includes devices with VRRM of 30V to 170V and IF(AV) of 30A. The package is compliant with ST Ecopack® 2 Pb free and Halogen free standards and includes avalanche capability specifications.
