Optoelectronics & Displays\UV & IR Components\IR Receivers The TSOP75238TR is a miniaturized SMD IR Receiver Module for infrared remote control systems. Two PIN diodes and a preamplifier are assembled on a lead frame, the epoxy package contains an IR filter. The demodulated output signal can be directly connected to a microprocessor for decoding. It is provided primarily for compatibility with old AGC2 designs. • Very low supply current • Photo detector and preamplifier in one package • Internal filter for PCM frequency • Improved immunity against ambient light • Capable of side or top view • Two lenses for high sensitivity and wide receiving angle • Insensitive to supply voltage ripple and noise
