It has four high-quality NTSC/PAL video decoders, dual colour display controllers, and dual video encoders. It contains four built-in analogue anti-aliasing filters, four 10 bit Analog-to-Digital converters, and proprietary digital gain/clamp controller, a high-quality Y/C separator to reduce cross-noise and high-performance free scaler. Four built-in motion, blind and night detectors can increase the security system feature. This has a flexible video display/record/playback controller, including basic display and MUX functions. It also has an excellent graphic overlay function that displays bitmap for OSD, single box, 2D array box, and mouse pointer. Application includes analogue QUAD/MUX system, 4/8/16 channel DVR system, car rear vision system, hair shop system, and dental care system. • Integrated four video analogue anti-aliasing filters and 10bit CMOS ADCs • High performance adaptive 4H comb filters for all NTSC/PAL standards • IF compensation filter for improvement of colour demodulation • Colour transient improvement (CTI), automatic white peak control • Programmable hue, saturation, contrast, brightness and sharpness • High performance horizontal and vertical scaler for each path including playback input • Fast video locking system for non-real-time application • Four built-in motion detectors with 16X12 cells and blind and night detectors • Additional digital input for playback with ITU-R BT.656 standard • 256 Ld LBGA package, ambient operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
