By offering marketing leading economics, this product allows customers to future-proof their designs by changing from a legacy Micro USB to USB Type C interface without extra cost. Additionally this product utilises a stainless steel shell, gold flash plated contacts over a nickel underplating and 4-off shell stakes for additional security and retention, demonstrated by mechanical durability tested thru 10.000 mating cycles. • Type C USB charging connector • 6 contacts, surface mount • Horizontal orientation, side entry type, 3.16mm profile • Mid mount position • Current rating of 3A (collectively for VBUS pins), voltage rating of 20VDC • Copper alloy C2680 contact material • UL-94V-0 rated LCP, E130i black standard insulator • Operating temperature range from -30°C to +85°C
